Wi-FI™ Daughter Card Products
Murata’s WIFI card products are platform specific daughter cards designed specifically for semiconductor partner development platforms. The daughter cards are pre-integrated, tested, and validated with the particular platforms to enable fast design cycles with a proven platform solution that includes processor, system software, and wireless connectivity.
The Murata daughter card approach feeds the logical customer development cycle. First the customer begins product development with a reference platform. The Murata daughter card is pre-integrated to operate on the reference platform. A subsequent step is the design of the customer product where the wireless module is placed directly on the customer target board. This approach is a proven method to rapid design cycles beginning with a proven development platform then logically migrated to the customer target platform
